Economy to grow over five per cent says Atlanta Federal Reserve

An economic growth rate of 5.4 per cent for the first three months of this year is the prediction of the Federal Reserve in Atlanta. It was made Thursday. Nearly every other source has a growth rate below three per cent for the U.S. economy.

Barack Obama was the first President to have never reached a growth rate of at least three per cent. The economy's growth rate over his eight year term was 1.48 per cent.
