Parole violator's face tattoo makes him easy to spot, busted in an hour at Walmart
It took police an hour to find Anthony "Popeye" Ward, pictured above. He was arrested for parole violation while shopping at Walmart.

Popeye got his tattoos while in prison after his son committed suicide, according to his attorney, Tom Diehl.
"Popeye" said he was saving his spinach to have his tattoos removed.
Anthony Ward is in Clermont County, Ohio jail. He faces charges of breaking and entering, theft, and receiving stolen property.
