FBI uses Ukraine as base to spy upon people back in the U.S.

It was also the day the third and last FISA warrant on FBI informant Carter Page expired.
FISA is the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
The warrant was used to illegally surveil 30,055 American citizens, according to a federal court ruling.
By signing the treaty in Ukraine, the FBI was hoping to exempt itself from U.S. law.
And avoid the legal problems generated by using an American citizen, Carter Page, and falsifying a warrant stating he was a Russian spy.
In other words, the FBI was illegally using Ukraine as a base to spy upon American citizens.
It is still going on through the U.S. Embassy in Kviv, Ukraine.

Neither Moon or Sytnyk had authority to sign for their governments.
Only their Presidents’ can.
In the U.S., once signed, to be valid, a treaty must be approved by the Senate.
President Donald J. Trump never signed the FBI drafted “memorandum” of “legal assistance in criminal matters”.
It was written by two Justice Department attorneys.
Husband and wife.
Robert Storch.
And his wife, Sara M. Lord.
A Ukrainian Administrative Court of Appeals ruled the three treaties drafted by the FBI and Ukraine are secret and will never be disclosed.
The ruling applied to treaties signed between 2014 and Jan. 25th, 2018.

Only the treaty dated July 22nd, 1998 is public.

Its validity is questionable.
It was never signed by the President Bill Clinton.
Instead it was signed by his V.P. Al Gore on July 22nd, 1998.
And Secretary of State, Madeline Albright.
Matthew S. Moon reported to FBI Director Christopher Wray.
Former FBI Director James Comey was fired May 9th, 2017.
Wray took over for Comey.
The FBI has hidden Moon’s resume from public view.
However, NABU captured it in their press releases.
According to the FBI, Moon never worked in Ukraine.

When Bill Clinton was President, his home was a half a mile from Andrew McCabe.
They were neighbors for seven years.
McCabe was former Assistant Deputy Director of the FBI.
The FBI installed a server in the Clinton’s home in Chappaqua to receive FBI intelligence data through Ukraine.
