The World Health Summit practices the medical beliefs of Rudolph Virchow.
He lived from 1821 to 1902.
Virchow was dubbed “the father of pandemics”.
He believed poverty caused disease as much as germs.
Virchow said that a political rather than medical response was necessary to limit and control pandemics.
