For first time, Americans drinking more bottled water than soda pop

Americans are now drinking an average of 39.3 gallons of bottled a year compared to 38.5 gallons of soda pop.

These numbers come from the Beverage Marketing Corporation.

Companies still make more money selling soda pop than water. Big food and beverage companies also have the majority of the bottled water market.
