Cook Children’s Hospital in Ft. Worth, Texas said the EAC case was the worst case of child abuse they had ever seen.
It involved a five-year-old girl.
It involved the son of Debra Parris.

Parris is one of the four charged in the EAC conspiracy, bribery, fraud case.
