Clinton Cabal readied to fill vacancies in GTMO prison, Cuba
The Guantanamo Bay military prison or GTMO is ready to fill vacancies. GTMO is a 45 square mile area within a U.S. Naval Base in Cuba, 672 miles southeast of Florida.
It took an act of Congress and four Executive Orders by two Presidents to pave way for its "Grand Reopening".
Congress passed the "Military Justice Act (MJA) of 2016" on Sept. 16th, 2016. It came with 936 pages of "The Uniform Code of Military Justice" or UCMJ. It defines the military justice system and lists criminal offense under military law.

President Barack Obama signed Executive Order 13740 also on Sept. 16th, 2016. It is called the "2016 Amendments to the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States".
In order to implement the law, Congress requires the President, as Commander-in-Chief, to write its rules rules and regulations.

President Trump issued an Executive Order on March 1st. It is called, "2018 Amendments to the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States".
These are the rules and regulations passed until the 2016 Courts-Martial law . It defines how military court-martials operate and what the punishments are for each military offense.

President Trump signed an Executive Order Jan. 30th to keep GTMO open.
On Dec. 21st, President Trump signed "Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption".
It gives the President emergency powers to order the Treasury Department and the IRS to seize assets of "human rights" abusers.
This includes governments, individuals, entities, non-profit organizations, and donors involved in sex slave rings and pedophilia.
The Treasury Department's "Most Wanted" list of human rights abusers has thousands of names which include individuals and charitable criminal front organizations. It is 1074 pages long, in fine print, and is published on its web site:

At this year's State of the Union address, President Trump said, "Terrorists are not merely criminals. They are unlawful enemy combatants."
Article 1, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution states, "The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus (the reason a court has for keeping a person in jail) shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."
Civilians may be tried under martial law.
The Supreme Court has ruled it has no jurisdiction in reviewing military court actions.
President Trump has the light on at GTMO and is about to fill the vacancies.
GTMO is 672 miles southeast of Florida.
