  • up to a $250,000 fine

  • $100 to the prison who admits her

On advice from her defense attorney, Steven Jumes.

To avoid multiple child trafficking charges of 30 years per child.

Jumes has delayed Robin’s sentencing six times.

Until March 23rd at 12:30 p.m.

Before Judge James Gwin.

He is the third judge to be assigned to the Longoria case.

Jumes said his name rhymes with gum.

“Jum-es”.

Longoria’s defective guilty plea was accepted by Cleveland Administrative Judge William Baughman.

Judge Christopher Boyko signed it.

Judge James Gwin has scheduled her sentencing on March 23rd at 11 a.m. via teleconference between Ft. Worth, Texas, and the courthouse.

Will Gwin accept or reject Longoria’s defective guilty plea?

Defective?

It is when both attorney and client admit that prior to the hearing they had no idea of the jail term that comes with Longoria’s guilty plea.

Gwin was also assigned the sentencing of two other of Robin’s co-defendants:

  • Margaret Cole Hughes on May 27th at 9 a.m.

  • Debra Parris Edwards on July 7th at 10 a.m.

Robin Renee is the second co-conspirator to be sentenced in the Bush-Barr-Hughes child and drug trafficking hub in the Cleveland suburb of Strongsville, Ohio.

Debra Parris Edwards will be the first.

Other co-defendants are:

  • Dorah Mirembe

  • European Adoption Consultants (EAC)

Mirembe has never been arrested by the FBI.

No warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Dorah is an attorney in Uganda paid the bribes to two judges in Uganda.

They amounted to $450,000.

The bribes were $15,000 per fraudulent adoption to buy 30 children.

The Judges were:

  • Moses Mukiibi

  • Wilson Musulu Musene

Allegedly, they are in an unspecified jail in who knows where?

How much will the EAC co-conspirators pay in restitution?

From zero to $450,000.

Judge Gwin has the discretion to decide.

The Justice Department, like the State of Ohio, failed to prosecute the business for money laundering.

Defense attorneys said the business made $200 million over 41 years.

What happened to the:

  • money

  • children from 8000 adoptions?

Besides the State Department, who else said that EAC sold children?

CNN.
