According to Democracy Live, an election technology company, they were “selected” by these federal agencies to rig elections:
Pentagon, also known as the Dept. of Defense (DOD), and the
State Department (DOS)
However, according to a press release by Votem, another election technology company, they were appointed by DHS to fix elections too.
The Department of Homeland Security is DHS.
