Above is Mr. and Mrs. Mike Flynn

Going to visit family in S. Korea for the Christmas holiday.

Filed yesterday.

By Mike Flynn, former General and National Security Adviser to the President.

Federal District D.C. Judge Emmett Sullivan still has to rule on it.

The Judge could:

  • do nothing

  • approve it

  • reject it

  • delay it

Flynn has been travelling back and forth to Korea during the last two years.

His attorney admits it.

No mention is made of the number of trips to Korea or why they were made.

Flynn was supposed to be sentenced Dec. 18th, 2017.

Judge Sullivan said he “was in no rush” to sentence Flynn.

Updated Dec. 3rd, 2019 at 2:51 p.m.

Judge Sullivan approved Flynn’s travel schedule to Korea.

Dates are Dec. 21st to Jan. 7th.
