Above is Mr. and Mrs. Mike Flynn
Going to visit family in S. Korea for the Christmas holiday.

reject it
delay it
Christmas in S. Korea or five-years in jail for lying to the FBI?
Flynn chose S. Korea.
Lying to the FBI is five years.
What is the penalty for lying to Judge Sullivan?
To be announced per court order.
Flynn has been travelling back and forth to Korea during the last two years.
His attorney admits it.

Judge Sullivan said he “was in no rush” to sentence Flynn.
