Doug Schoen is a registered foreign agent for Victor Pinchuk, a Ukrainian billionaire.
Schoen’s allegiance is no longer with the U.S.
It is with Ukraine and Pinchuk.
Pinchuk has donated over $25 million to the Clinton Foundation.

Schoen is a “legal spy” because he filed the correct paperwork with the Justice Department.
Others who fail to comply can end up in jail like Russian Spy, Mariia Butina.
