According to the Office of Military Commissions’ calendar, no hearings have been scheduled.
However, in the fine print, the court can rule on its first motion regarding evidence on Jan. 30th.

The trial is in a prison at Guantanamo Bay or Gitmo.
It is in a U.S. Naval Station in Cuba, 518 miles from Miami, Florida.
The trial judge is Matthew N. McCall, Colonel, USAF Military Judge Military Commissions Trial Judiciary.
He is the sixth judge to be assigned the case.

intentionally causing serious bodily injury
murder in violation of the law of war
hijacking or hazarding a vessel or aircraft; and
