Racketeering charges anticipated in Jan. 6th Capitol murder, siege, and riot

John Earle Sullivan pleaded “not guilty” today in the District of Columbia Federal Court to the nine charges in the above image.

Sullivan is the ANTIFA terrorist who filmed the murder of Ashli Babbitt during the Jan. 6th Capitol riot.
ANTIFA is a domestic terrorist organization according to the Justice and Treasury Departments.
Sullivan is free on a personal bond.
The case is fixed.
It was pulled from Utah Federal Court to Washington, D.C. to favor the defense.
In Utah, where the defendant lived and was arrested, Sullivan would have been in jail pending trial.
The trial Judge is Emmett Sullivan of Gen. Michael Flynn fame.
No murder charges have been filed for the fatal shooting of Air Force Veteran Ashli Babbitt.
Yet.
The defendant’s next hearing is July 29th at 1 p.m.

On Friday, Prosecutors cited racketeering charges (RICO) as a reason to have the defendant forfeit $90,875.
RICO implies others will be charged in the murder plot.
It may include CNN, who paid the defendant $35,000 to film the murder.
