Jimmy Haslam tells why he is innocent in Pilot Flying J fiasco

Jimmy Haslam, CEO of Pilot Flying J and the Cleveland Browns, is pictured above. He said he is being "candid" in the following YouTube videos regarding the Pilot Flying J criminal scam.

Guilt or innocence can only be determined by a court.

Haslam has never been charged as a participant in the Pilot Flying J fiasco.

Pilot, the corporation, however, has plead guilty to stealing $56 million from its customers. Haslam signed the plea deal as CEO of the corporation.

Jimmy remains subject to prosecution, however, because he never received immunity.

The following videos have been forwarded to federal prosecutors in Knoxville, Tennessee.
