John Kerry's State Dept. made its own Russian "dossier" but fails to connect Trump to collusion narrative
John Kerry's State Department made a second "Russian collusion dossier". It fails to explain how the Russians helped elect President Donald J. Trump. It does, however, mention Russian influence in European elections.
It was uncovered last week in a 44-page document made available through a freedom of information law suit by Judicial Watch.

The story was reported in the New York Times and Baltimore Sun.
