Chuck Schumer (D-NY) announced the Joe Biden court expansion plan last night.

As if on cue, Chief Justice John Roberts announced the Biden-Schumer plan today in a press release.

It was issued by the Judicial Conference of the U.S.

It was approved by 24 federal judges.

Appointed to the Conference by the Chief Justice.
