Luke Sisak, Los Angeles (LA) Prosecutor
Luke Sisak, a Los Angeles District Attorney (LA DA), said that his office:
still has Konnech’s servers
and his boss, George Gascon, is willing to spend “upwards of six figures” to hire a third party to decipher the passwords and access Konnech’s servers
Who is the “third party”?
The LA District Attorney’s Office failed to disclose it.
Servers send, receive, and store data over the internet.

What is on Konnech’s servers?
Access to the country’s list of registered voters?
The deciphering process will take three weeks to three months.
The LA Superior Court Judge, Armenui A. Ashvanian, approved it.
The next hearing for Konnech CEO Jianwei “Eugene Wei Yu” is Jan. 9th at 8:30 a.m.
New criminal charges will follow the investigation.
Sisak’s comments were made in a seven-page court transcript dated Dec. 7th and released yesterday by a court reporter, Lori D. Casillas.

Konnech sells defective software used in voting machine systems to rig elections in 39 states.
Thousands of Board of Elections continue to buy the software even though:
Konnech’s headquarters in the offices of Michigan State University (MSU) was vacated and closed in October
Konnech CEO Eugene Yu and his wife, MSU Professor Donna Wang, fled the country and vacated their home in Okemos, Michigan, and
Yu was arrested in Lansing, Michigan, for attempting to flee the country and had his wife post a million-dollar bond for a misdemeanor
Their whereabouts are unknown, and they have not been seen in court or elsewhere in the U.S. since Nov. 9th.
It is alleged that they returned to China for further orders.
Defense attorneys said:
the Los Angeles (LA) Prosecuting Attorney (DA), George Gascon, dropped criminal charges, because
there was no evidence against their client, Konnech CEO Eugene Yu, and asked
that Konnech servers be returned as soon as possible to operate their business
Yu and his wife fled the country in October after:
cashing out his $500,000 cash bond in Los Angeles
closing down his U.S. headquarters in E. Lansing, Michigan
abandoning their residence in Okemos, Michigan
The LA DA's investigation into Konnech CEO Eugene Yu started on Oct. 10th, 2019.
Jianwei “Eugene Wei” Yu is an FBI informant working for Homeland Security.
He is immune from federal prosecution.
However, Yu’s federal immunity does him no good in state courts like Los Angeles County, California.
Hollywood defense attorney, Alexis Wisely, said her client:
isn’t a Chinese spy
needs the servers back to operate his defunct business, and
there is no evidence that Yu has done anything wrong.
Alexis was uncharacteristically silent during and since Eugene Yu’s last court hearing on Dec. 7th.
So has the New York Times and other media that reported that the Yu case was dismissed.
