LA DA has reopened the Eugene Yu criminal embezzlement case

At the recommendation of Homeland Security, Eugene moved his family and business to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Nov. 10th, 2022.

Eugene’s criminal hearing starts in one hour.
Today was the fourth time this month that a hearing on the Eugene Yu criminal case was heard.
The case was reopened on Feb. 1st.
Yu is charged with:
conspiracy to commit a crime, and
embezzling $2.6 million from the taxpayers of Los Angeles
Prosecutors dropped the case on Nov. 9th, 2022.
