Mike Flynn added today to witness list
Prosecutors added Mike Flynn to their witness list today.
Flynn was ruled a co-conspirator by Judge Anthony Trenga in the trial of three alleged Turkish spies.
Their trial starts Monday.
No time stamp, however, was on the prosecution’s filing of their amended witness list.
It does, however, appear in the court record.
Earlier in the week, the prosecution omitted Flynn from their original witness list.
They said Flynn’s testimony is unreliable and impeachable.
Prosecutors registered 150 trial exhibits today with the court to be used as evidence in next week’s trial.
An assortment of hearings are scheduled for tomorrow at 11 a.m. in Alexandria, Virginia Federal District Court.
Flynn resigned from a cabinet position with President Donald J. Trump.
Defendant Bijan Kiani Rafiekian was Flynn’s partner in Flynn Intel Group.
Ekim Alptekin is also a defendant in Monday’s case.
Alptekin is a gun runner for NATO based in Turkey. He lives in Turkey and is unavailable to the court.
His company, Executive Aviation, specializes in transporting anything of value under diplomatic immunity.
