N. Korean HEMP nuclear bombs designed to knock out electric power in cities like New York

HEMP bombs have nothing to do with marijuana. HEMP stands for High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse. This bomb is a nuclear war device designed to knock out electric power grids. HEMP bombs are set off high above ground.

According to Larry Nichols, N. Korea can hit New York City with this type of bomb.

Nichols also said that "Since HEMP bombs result in no loss of life, ... it is doubtful" that the U.S. will consider such a strike an act of war from N. Korea.
