So where is proof that the U.S. Army National Guard diverted weapons to NATO via Ukraine?
The Inspector General of the Department of Defense said this:
http://www.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fulltext/u2/1014354.pdf
In plain English, the Army’s report said:
Six and a half TRILLION dollars vanished without a trace.
With no idea where it went.

What gives?
payoffs?
bribes?
kickbacks?
Congress.
Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Speaker of the House of Representatives.
James L. Jones. Former Commander of the U.S. Marines and NATO.
NATO’s Halifax International Security Forum.
Is there a direct connection proving that weapons stashed in Army National Guard Armories were diverted to NATO via Ukraine?
More likely “Yes” than “no”.
How about beyond a reasonable doubt?
Any proof that it never or could never happen?
The Inspector General said “no fraud” was involved in the Army’s missing $6.5 trillion.
The purpose of the Inspector General is to root out fraud, waste, and abuse in the federal government.
Ukraine has never been a member of NATO.
Unable to verify whether National Guard Arsenals in Ohio, Louisiana, and other states were nicked too.
