Peter Strzok (Strock) failed FBI polygraph yet kept his job for two and a half years as lead investigator into Hillary's email fiasco and attempted take down of President Trump
Peter Strzok, pronounced Strock, failed an FBI polygraph test on Jan. 13th, 2016 necessary to maintain his job as Deputy Chief of Counterespionage for the CIA and FBI.
It was confirmed last month by both Rod Rosenstein, Deputy Director of the FBI and Christopher Wray, FBI Director.
The issue was brought up on camera by Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA). Their verbal exchange is on the video below made by C-Span.

Chief Strzok, however, kept his job. He was never fired. He has retained his top secret clearance. He is working in the HR department and has access to all federal personnel files.

Even without security clearance for two and a half years, Chief Strzok continued his investigations of Hillary Clinton and Trump.
His top secret clearance was retroactively applied in order to maintain his job in the CIA.

Clinton illegally kept all of her official government business private while working as Secretary of State. She never kept a record for her employer, the federal government. Strzok, however, had access. No one else in the federal government did, according to James Comey, former FBI Director.

Strzok was also in charge of the FBI's investigation into the Trump Campaign for President.
Former FBI Director Robert Mueller was appointed Special Counsel by Rosenstein on May, 17th, 2017.
Mueller's appointment was to investigate "the Russian government's efforts to interfere with a Presidential Election". Assuming the allegation is true, there is no federal statute making it a crime.
