Scytl’s access to the Pentagon’s personnel records began Jan. 31st, 2011.

That is when nine contracts were approved for Scytl to control voting procedures for the military and their families.

According to the Pentagon, Scytl is “Foreign Owned”.

The contracts are for IT AND TELECOM- PROGRAMMING” using independent contractors in:

  • Amsterdam, Netherlands

  • Barcelona, Spain

  • Brussels. Belgium

  • Los Angeles, California

  • Malta

  • Michigan (Okemos and E. Lansing)

  • Wuhan, China

According to Scytl, it has an 80 percent monopoly in U.S. vote counting machines.

Konnech also has Pentagon software contracts.

It controls the absentee voting process for the military and their families.

It also requires access to the Pentagon’s HR database.

According to Eric V. Neff, Los Angeles Prosecutor, over a thousand Election Boards use Konnech software.

Scytl and Konnech:

  • software are compatible with each other

  • share the same servers and Huawei telecommunication lines

  • use the same independent contractors who write their software programs

Details are in this story:

Who knows how many fraudulent voting profiles have been created to skew voting results in every election?

There is no way to find out, either.

Why?

Because the Pentagon’s contracts with Scytl and Konnech are “Blanket Purchase Agreements.”

These contracts:

  • automatically renew

  • pay vendors on demand without regards to cost

  • are “off book”, without Congressional oversight, as if part of the CIA

  • have no invoices

  • are exempt from public disclosure and information requests

Maybe Scytl is part of the CIA, after all.
