Who are the Browns' top draft picks using the "Positional Value Pyramid"?
The top position is Quarterback.
Left tackle, primary cornerback, and primary edge rusher are next.
Then primary or number one receiver. The Pyramid shows nose tackle equal to a number one receiver.
The Browns' coaching staff prefers a four-man defensive line to a 3-4. A nose tackle no longer fits the team's needs. That is why Danny Shelton was traded. He went to the Patriots. They use a 3-4 defense and needed a nose tackle.

At picks 33 and 35 for Cleveland are Jamarco Jones, LT, and Carlton Davis, CB. They should still be on the board at these picks. If either Josh Jackson, CB, or Orlando Brown, LT, remain available, either or both are the Brown's picks.
