The gang of 17 states are suing four states.

They are:

  • Georgia (16)

  • Michigan (16)

  • Pennsylvania (20)

  • Wisconsin (10)

The 17 have asked the court to permanently block the four from casting their 62 electoral votes for Joe Biden.

The outcome will determine whether Donald J. Trump is re-elected President.

The President is anticipated to join the gang of 17.

He will by the time this story is posted on the internet.

What is the case about?

The case summary is imaged from U.S. Supreme Court records:

If State Legislatures are unable to select the next President, Congress will.

Like in 1876.

When Rutherford B. Hayes was elected President.

Without receiving a single vote.

This year, the bribed media thought they picked the President.

So did some state and federal courts.

Back in the 1700’s, the founders of the U.S. anticipated how to deal with election fraud.

They drafted checks and balances just in case.

It is called the Constitution.

No longer taught in most schools and universities.

The pending court case file number has a capital “O” in the middle of it.

“O” as in Ohio.

Rather than a zero.

Regret taking a day figuring that out.

The case number is 22O155.

The Supreme Court coded it “O” for original jurisdiction.

The cases filed directly to the Supreme Court.

Without lower courts and appeals getting in the way.

More from the Supreme Court tonight, tomorrow, and next week.

Proving election fraud is no longer relevant.

This case will be decided without it.

Updated Nov. 10th at 6:20 a.m.

As predicted, President Trump becomes a party to the Texas Supreme Court case.

Arizona joins the lawsuit on the side of gang of 17.

Source is the official court record of the U.S. Supreme Court:

The court will reverse the Biden election steal by voiding 62 electoral votes.

The case goes back to state legislatures to decide their state’s electors.

If they are unable to decide, Congress will.

Rather than the courts.

By a vote of seven to two, the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed the Texas lawsuit.

Only Justices Anthony Alito and Clarence Thomas voted for the court to hear the case.

Editor’s note

The Supreme Court only said “No” to Texas regarding a single issue.

Whether the Court has the right to hear the case.

Based on going directly to the court.

Without first going through Federal District and Appeals Courts.

Those remedies still exist.

Also, State Legislatures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin still have the right to name its electors for President Trump.
