Paul Erickson was sentenced to 84 months in prison.

Erickson is a free man until July 20th at noon.
His prison sentence starts then.
Transported by U.S. Marshalls.
To a federal prison yet to be determined by the Judge.
Judge Judy.
Schreier.
Judge’s make mistakes too.
She forgot to write a journal entry of “Imprisonment” for Erickson.
Judge Schreier corrected the oversight with a second entry filed today.
Erickson was an FBI informant working for Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).

Erickson pled guilty to single counts of:
fraud
money laundering
He got to keep his loot.
Neither the Judge nor Prosecutor asked him to repay the $5.3 million dollars he stole from investors.
Erickson did pay, however, $200 in court fees.
One hundred dollars for each charge he pled guilty to.
Judge Karen E. Schreier tripled the jail time recommended by Prosecutors.
They said Erickson stole between $1.5 million and $3.5 million.
The Judge said it was $5.3 million.
And as a “thief”, Erickson deserved more jail time.
Six victims, however, filed “Victim Impact Statements” with the court.
Access to those names are limited to the parties involved.
The public is unable to open these statements in order to read them.
“You do not have access” is the message when clicking nearly all the documents marked below:

Erickson sold fake oil and gas leases in N. Dakota.
Some court records said they were homes.
In the Bakken, N. Dakota oil fields.
None were built.
Erickson’s former sidekick, Mariia Butina, was never charged in the swindle.
In a separate trial, Mariia pled guilty to being a Russian spy.
Working directly for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Butina was sent back to Russia in October.
Her U.S. citizenship will be restored in less than ten years.
She returned to Russia after serving a year and a half.
The records in her case were destroyed by Judge Tonya Chutkan.
The records included nearly every Russian undercover operation within the U.S. in Washington, D.C., New York, and Florida.
Erickson’s court records of his swindle never appeared in the public record either.
Except this one:
Who did Eric and Mariia scam?
Who were the investors?
What were the specific amounts stolen?
What happened to the money?
Erickson pled guilty without having the Prosecutors disclose these details.
Erickson’s role as an FBI informant was to take down Donald J. Trump.
Working for former President George W. Bush.
Congress called it the “Kremlin Connection”.
It was a chapter of “Crossfire Hurricane”.
Attempts the Inspector General said involved criminal conduct by the FBI and Justice Department.
“Crossfire Hurricane” was four years ago.
No one has been charged in the coup to take out a duly elected President of the U.S.
Donald J. Trump.
When Joe Biden wins the Presidency in November, no one will.
V.P. George Bush recruited Erickson into the CIA.
In exchange for getting Paul admitted to Yale University.
After Erickson flunked out of college.
Both George Bush’s were Yale grads.
Members of the Skull and Bones Fraternity.
