Because none of the parties are prepared for Mariia Butina’s sentencing hearing on Tuesday, what do attorneys do?

In the meantime, Mariia Butina remains in jail at the Truesdale Detention Center in Alexander, Virginia.
Since July 15th.
Seven months.
Without bail.
The Truesdale Jail was named in honor of the grandfather of Robert Mueller, the Special Prosecutor investigating President Donald J. Trump.
However, Mariia “Miss Kalashnikov” Butina is no longer in isolation.
And has the heat in her cell turned up.
Kalashnikov are Russian-made firearms, weapons, and sniper rifles now assembled in Miami, Florida and sold in American gun shops.
Butina has agreed to plea guilty to being a Russian spy. It knocks off ten years of a 15-year sentence.
American University (AU) failed to comply with the judge’s order.
For the umpteenth time.
Without consequences.
AU refused to submit the required photos and names of Mariia Butina’s 72 former spy classmates.
They worked for Ambassador Susan Rice in “Crossfire Hurricane”.
It was a coordinated effort by the Democratic Party, Hillary Clinton for President, the Justice Department, FBI, and CIA’s Political Activities unit to defeat Donald J. Trump.
They lost.
Trump was elected President anyway.
Ambassdor Rice’s American University team illegally spied on 30,055 Americans who supported Trump for President.
The kid spies were hired as FBI and NSA contractors by Raytheon, Battelle, and other AU sponsors/recruiters to illegally sift through NSA surveillance, FBI data, and files.
