They are owned by the Russian Weapons Company (RWC) in Russia, also known as Kalashnikov Concern.

The guns are assembled in Pompano Beach, Florida.
It is only 13 miles away from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School where 17 students were killed in a mass shooting.

He runs it.
The Russians needed Paul Whelan for the firearms license.
