The Prosecutor and Police Chief of Montgomery County, Maryland said Christine Blasey Ford has never filed federal, state, or local charges against anyone.

She is accusing a federal judge of misconduct in order to block his appointment to the Supreme Court.

“No complaint has been filed or forwarded to this office,” Prosecutor John McCarthy said.

Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger said, “We are prepared to investigate if the victim wants to report to us, and we can determine it occurred in the county.”
