The plea deal says: "The Government has uncovered no evidence that your client (Awan) violated federal law with respect to the House computer system."

Prosecutors revealed that government investigators had interviewed 40 witnesses in connection with those allegations, had taken custody of the House Democratic caucus server and subsequently "found no evidence (Awan) illegally removed House data from the House network or from House Members' offices ... or improperly accessed or transferred government information, including classified or sensitive information."

No charges will be filed against Awan's wife, Hina Alvi. either.

Before working for the Clintons, Chris Gowan worked as a Public Defender in Wasserman's district.

Carlin worked side-by-side with Andrew McCabe. Carlin wrote the FISA warrants being requested by McCabe at the FBI. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court is FISA.

When Carlin was in charge of the National Security Division, he said he would "hold accountable those who illegally operate as covert agents within the United States.”

Carlin had a cabinet position with the Obama Administration.

The fiasco involving Andrew McCabe is within Liu's jurisdiction. She will decide whether or not McCabe should be prosecuted.

According to McCabe's attorney, Michael Bromwich, his client's "prosecution is going nowhere."

The theft of $2 million of computer equipment from Congress was covered up by both Inspector Generals Michael Horowitz and Robert Storch.

False invoices were created after the theft to give the illusion that the equipment was never stolen.

It was replaced by equipment.

Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), covered it up too.

She had her press release dated Feb. 3rd, 2017 deleted. It reported the theft of $2 million dollar from Congress of computer equipment.
