The COVID-19 “public health emergency” was extended to October 21st, 2024.
It started two years ago on January 27th, 2020.
Who started and extended it?
The Secretary of Health & Human Services (HHS).
Under Joe Biden, that is Xavier Becerra.

Congress.
How is the Secretary’s decision reversed?
Elect a new Congress.
Who will change the laws starting with the:
“Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act” passed on December 30th, 2005.
“Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Reauthorization Act (PAHPRA), Public Law 113–5, passed on March 13th, 2013.
Stripping the Secretary of Health & Human Services from exercising emergency powers using a public health emergency.
