“County (LA) acknowledges that the collaboration with third-party vendors . . . does not create an obligation or responsibility to control or manage the actions to be performed by said third-party vendors.”
Therefore, Konnech cannot guarantee the security or safety of the data of the people of Los Angeles County.
LA’s election data goes from Konnech’s servers to:
Amsterdam, Netherlands
Barcelona, Spain
Brussels, Belgium, and
Malta
. . . through Scytl, another company specializing in voting machine systems.
Paragon Group owns Scytl.
They decide where the data goes.
Like China.
According to Konnech CEO Eugene Yu’s defense attorneys, over 200 of his China workforce now work as independent or third-party contractors.
This gives the contractors access to all the election data in the U.S.
