Gen. Mike Flynn (left) and Bijan Rafiekian, partners in Flynn Intel Group (FIG).

Judge Anthony Trenga had the Bijan Kian Rafiekian case teed up to dismiss tomorrow.

Federal prosecutors objected.

Their appeal and motion preventing the case from being dismissed was filed today.

Rafiekian was President of Flynn Intel Group (FIG).

Kian was to be sentenced up to 15 years in prison for being a spy from Turkey.

His business partner was Gen. Mike Flynn.

A jury found Bijan guilty.

Flynn was pardoned.

Judge Trenga reversed Rafiekian’s jury conviction.

An appeal court reversed Trenga’s dismissal and reinstated the jury verdict.

Trenga ignored the court’s ruling and is going to try to dismiss the case tomorrow.
