Will Mike Flynn testify in new trial?

Bijan Kiani Rafiekian wants a new trial, according to paperwork submitted today in the Federal District Court in Alexandria, Virginia.

Kian’s attorneys asked for an extention of time to Aug. 17th to complete the request.

The judge has yet to make a ruling on the continuance.

Mike Flynn and Bijan Kian were partners in Flynn Intel Group.

Kian was found guilty last Tuesday for being a Turkish spy and engaging in a conspiracy to cover it up.

Will Mike Flynn testify?

Is there new evidence?

Who else will be on the witness lists?

Does this mean that Miss Sidney Powell is out as Flynn’s attorney?

She specializes in appeals rather than criminal trials.

Will Flynn be named as a co-conspirator?

Will it keep Flynn from being sentenced in another criminal matter, lying to the FBI?

The other case is before Judge Emmett Sullivan in the District of Columbia.

The next hearing in the D.C. case is Aug. 27th.
