It’s Ryan Germany, an Atlanta attorney.
He controls passwords to Georgia’s Dominion Voting Systems.
Instead of local county election board officials who are denied access.

Ryan’s dominion supersedes the President and Congress.
He signs treaties for the State of Georgia, too.
For example, Germany signed one on Oct. 13th, 2022.

Ryan’s treaty transfers Georgia’s election data to the UN’s Carter Center’s offices in Atlanta and Beijing, China.
That data flipped 104,000 votes to elect the wrong Senator from Georgia.
