The UN’s Carter Center controls Georgia’s Nov. 8th Election results through a treaty.
It will certify Stacey Abrams (D) as their Governor on Dec. 15th.
The treaty was signed on Oct. 13th by the GA Secretary of State and Atlanta’s Fulton Co. Board of Elections.
A press conference will announce it today at 10 a.m. at a special Election Board Meeting.
It is broadcast live on the Board’s video channel.

The Board calls the treaty a “Memorandum of Understanding” or MOU.
They signed it on Oct. 13th.

The treaty was signed at the direction of Ryan Germany, General Counsel of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
According to Fulton Co. Election Board Chairperson Cathy Woolard.
Brad is in control of Georgia’s elections.
The Georgia Secretary of State’s brother, Ron, works for Huawei Enterprise Storage Systems, in China.
Every county in Georgia uses Dominion equipment and software.
And they have their servers connected to Huawei telecom systems that are based in China.
All companies in China are owned by the state.
The state is the Chinese National Army.
They own the China Communist Party.

The treaty transfers control from the people of Georgia to President Jimmy “Carter Center” to China through Dec. 15th.
The Carter Center controls Georgia’s Nov. 8th Election.
And will certify the election results using its own criteria.
Neither the people of Georgia nor its public officials have retained control of their election process.
Also, since the MOU is a treaty, it has the power to bar non-Carter Center “observers” from controlling and supervising what state and county election officials employees do.
They say so in the above video.
Therefore, the Carter Center is free to harvest fraudulent ballots, and count votes any way they want.
They will write the report that confirms Stacey Abrams (D-GA) as Georgia’s new Governor.
The Carter Center’s press release dated Oct. 13th says their function in the Georgia Nov. 8th Election is merely to observe.

Those contesting Georgia’s election results will be:
sued for defamation
arrested by the FBI, and/or
prosecuted by the Justice Department for “misinformation”
