Judge exposes the FBI's role in a 40-year-old global child slavery cartel in Cleveland
FBI Special Agent Mark Raymond Nowak
By accident.
Judge James S. Gwin let the secret out Monday in a 12-page court order imaged above.
He forgot the information he disclosed in the order was under seal.
It never should have been made public.
For the first time in the two-year-old case, the Judge disclosed that Mark Nowak, FBI Special Agent, signed the warrants used in arresting “Maggie” Margaret Cole Hughes.
Her five-day trial is on Feb. 7th at 8 a.m. in Cleveland Federal District Court.
Gwin is the trial judge.
Mrs. Margaret Cole Hughes is free on a $20,000 unsecured signature bond dated Sept. 2nd, 2020 imaged here:
Details of Maggie’s arrest are in this press release:
The Judge identified Nowak as the missing link that explains how the Justice Department and FBI covered up Maggie’s international adoption scam.
Since 1991.
It is called European Adoption Consultants (EAC).
The Director is Margaret Cole Hughes.
Judge Gwin said Mrs. Hughes had “ . . . complete control over company operations” and is part “ . . . of a larger scheme”.
After 40 years, it was never closed down.
In fact, it was admitted to by EAC’s corporate attorney on Jan. 8th in this image below:
Although the State Department and Dave Yost, Ohio Attorney General tried but were unsuccessful.
Next year, Yost is running for Governor of Ohio.
Defense attorneys admitted that EAC has made $200 million from 8000 adoptions.
To perpetuate the scam, all parties agreed to conceal the tax personal tax returns of Margaret Cole Hughes.
Plus the corporate tax returns of four other businesses she owns or receives income from.
They are:
Eurotrust Inc.
Boston Group Inc.
American International Adoption Agency Inc.
Project Sunshine
According to defense attorneys who name these entities in the document they filed below:
Eurotrust Inc. is based in Switzerland.
With a staff of seven persons, they specialize in managing billions for wealthy families. while avoiding taxes and public disclosure.

Their network includes 623 law offices in 126 countries.
Some would call this money laundering.
Others would consider Eurotrust smart money managers.
Eurotrust Inc. is part of the GGI network that is imaged below:
Corporations can be prosecuted for criminal conduct too.
With charges, fines, and seizures filed against other corporate members, employees, and family beneficiaries like Margaret’s:
daughter
mother and
son
The State Department and CNN said EAC was selling children.

Mark Nowak works for the FBI’s International Human Rights Unit (IHRU at their headquarters in Washington, D.C.
No unit in the FBI or Justice Department dedicates itself to stopping child trafficking.
By omission, does that mean they promote it?
Before Maggie’s arrest on Aug. 17th, 2019, Nowak worked for:
Bill Barr
Andrew McCabe
Peter Strzok
Strzok’s wife, Melissa Hodgman
Lisa Page
On Monday, three other undisclosed items about the Margaret Cole Hughes case were revealed by Judge Gwin.
European Adoption Consultants (EAC) were also selling children from the Congo.
And a former EAC employee snitched on Maggie.
Who disclosed that Mrs. Hughes had a vacation home called an “Annex”.
Where all her files were kept.
And later seized by the FBI.
That will be destroyed at the end of the trial.
Without being disclosed to the public.
The Judge’s explanation identified that snitch as Mrs. Robin Herring Longoria of Ft. Worth, Texas.
That is why her sentencing has been delayed six times in two years.
It has to wait until the matter of Margaret Cole Hughes has been litigated.
The defense has to agree with prosecutors with delaying Mrs. Longoria’s sentencing.
Longoria’s attorney, Steven Jumes, used to work for Robert Mueller, the former FBI Director.
Robert Mueller and Bill Barr are best friends, according to the Washington Post.
