Margaret is the Director of European Adoption Consultants in the Cleveland, Ohio of Strongsville.
Debra is her most important key employee.

According to the State Department, Margaret Cole Hughes’ company sold up to 8000 children through fraudulent international adoptions.
Defense attorneys admitted she earned $200 million in 40 years.
Her personal and corporate tax returns have been frozen from public view by the court.

According to the judge, the adoption scam was run by one person — Margaret Cole Hughes.
Her son, Robert E. Hughes, investigated his mother’s case.
While he was working for Andrew McCabe.
The former Acting Director of the FBI.
Hughes’ loyalty was rewarded with a promotion.
