UN (United Nations)
NATO, the UN’s police force primarily paid by U.S. taxpayers
WHO (World Health Organization), an agency of the UN
UN Human Rights Commission
Gates Foundation, another agency of the UN
family and friends
Discretionary accounts.
Any other item your elected Representatives in Congress can think of.
