Yu is a member of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

The Party created Konnech Inc. (pronounced connect) before Congress passed the first voting machine systems law in 2002.
He runs all the CCP elections in China.

The CCP owns 18 patents used by nearly all the voting machine systems used in American elections.
Yu is currently in jail without a bond in Lansing, Michigan.
He was arrested by the FBI without filing any paperwork on Yu’s arrest.
This avoids identifying the arresting officer.
It also blocks requests for public information on Yu’s arrest.
The above case number, 22-1561-EX, is bogus.
There is no criminal case filed against Yu in:
federal court
Los Angeles County
Ingham County, Michigan (Lansing)
The “EX” in the case number means Yu will be transferred to Los Angeles, California.
Then out of the country.
Back to China.
As soon as possible.
All the evidence collected by the FBI has already been flown back to China, its rightful owner.
The orders come from George Soros.
Who relayed them to his pawn in the Los Angeles County Prosecutor’s Office.
George Gascón.
Gascón was elected in 2020 to a four-year term.
Gascón has no jurisdiction to have Michigan hold, arrest, and extradite Yu to Los Angeles County.
Only the FBI can do that in the Yu case.
But to do that blows Yu’s cover as a Chinese spy working for the FBI.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI), is up for re-election.
Hidden from the public is this payment of $306,000 to Konnech, Yu’s company.
Was it a payoff for fixing the 2018 and 2022 elections for Whitmer?
The money was a grant or cash payment from the State of Michigan.
A public information request for a copy of the grant application was ignored.
Software companies are a pure risk.
Banks have them on the “Do not loan” list.
The State of Michigan does too.

It was a condition for receiving the grant.

His cover in the U.S. is Konnech Inc., a software company in E. Lansing, Michigan suburb of Okemos.
