Whoa! Konnech’s contempt hearing vs. True the Vote is Monday
A Judge and Prosecutor in Los Angeles, California stopped Konnech Inc. from winning a multi-million dollar contempt judgment yesterday in Houston Federal District Court in a defamation suit against True the Vote.

The contempt order judgment was supposed to be signed yesterday.
Instead, it was delayed until Monday at 9 a.m. in Houston Federal District Court.
Why?
Judges never have to explain their reasoning.
Konnech, based in China, said none of its election software servers store, send or receive election data in cities like Wuhan.
So did the FBI in an affidavit dated Oct. 6th.
Konnech and its CEO, Eugene Yu, sued True the Vote for a million dollars in damages for defamation.
It backfired.
Instead, an LA Judge and Prosecutor disagreed.
They believed Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips of True the Vote was telling the truth about the Chinese rigging elections.
How?
By using servers based in China.

Judge Sullivan agreed that LA Prosecutor, Eric Neff, had probable cause to arrest a Chinese spy for conspiracy to commit the crime of embezzling $2,640,000 from the City of Los Angeles, California.

The name of the Chinese spy they had arrested?
Jianwei “Eugene Wei” Yu.

His plea and arraignment hearing is on Nov. 17th.
According to the arrest warrant, Yu lives in Mason, Michigan.

Judge Sullivan reaffirmed yesterday that a $500,000 cash bond posted by Konnech was issued against its CEO, Jianwei “Eugene Wei” Yu.
Why?
Because Sullivan said that Yu “is a flight risk” because he already tried it.
He was arrested by an Ingham County Deputy Sheriff, Jeffrey Rogers.
Yu was fleeing the country from the Lansing, Michigan airport on Oct. 4th.
According to Ingham County Prosecutor, Nicole Matusko.
Neff charged Yu will embezzling $2,640,000 from the City of Los Angeles.
The alleged crimes?
Engaging in an illegal conspiracy with others to illegally send LA’s election data to Wuhan, China.
Who are the others?
Prosecutors have yet to say.
However, Konnech’s U.S. headquarters was closed down last week.
It was based in E. Lansing, Michigan.

By the time the Yu case goes to trial next year, the FBI has already created a fake alibi affidavit for him.
On Oct. 6th, his defense used it to reduce Yu’s bail in Ingham County, Mason, Michigan.
Yu’s attorney said it was signed by an FBI agent from Houston, Texas.
According to the Clerk of Courts, it is a public record.
Neither the defense attorney, prosecutor, nor Judge Donald Allen requested it is sealed.
Instead, prosecutors withheld it from the Clerk to keep it from the public.
