Jim Comey is named to Bill Browder's Board of Directors of Hermitage Capital Management (HSBC).
Browder is the founder and CEO of HSBC.

At yesterday's press conference, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Bill Browder made a $400 million contribution to the Hillary Clinton Campaign for President.
President Putin also said paid Browder paid no taxes on $1.5 billion to either Russia or the U.S.
Russia has an outstanding arrest warrant for Bill Browder. There is no extradition treaty between the U.S. and Russia.
British investor Bill Browder, convicted in Russia of non-payment of billions of rubles of taxes, has confirmed that he was detained and interrogated at the Geneva airport.
Browder grew up in Chicago, Illinois, in the same neighborhood as Hillary Rodham Clinton. Their fathers knew each other too.
Browder is no longer an American citizen.
