Tedros “shall” supersede U.S. law after declaring a “public health emergency”

Under International Law, according to regulations passed three days ago, at the annual meeting of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, Switzerland.

The Director-General of the World Health Organization is Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, better known as “Tedros”.
Under these new International Health Regulations, Dr. Tedros’ authority supersedes American law one-year after he unilateral declares a public health emergency of:

regional concern
intermediate health alert

Since the U.S. has declared a COVID-19 health emergency through Oct. 24th, 2024, Tedros can take over control of the U.S. at any time.
