A quarter of a trillion dollars.

That comes to be $4,294,944.1868 per soldier.
Four million dollars a piece!
It was covered up by Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). And Maxine Waters (D-CA).
Pelosi is Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Waters is Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee.
Either can choke a spending bill.
This one opened up the feed troughs.
Passage of the bill failed to post in Pelosi’s press releases.
Source is her web page:
Maxine Waters (D-CA) failed to mention it too.
The Pentagon’s budget is less than one per cent of yesterday’s spending bill.
Congress passed another trillion dollar budget for NATO earlier this year.
The bill must still pass the Senate.
The President can sign or veto it.
If Trump does nothing, it becomes law in 30 days.
