Will former Gen. Mike Flynn’s son, Mike Jr., be prosecuted?
“Yes.”
Based on Thursday’s court decision.
From the Fourth District Federal Appeals Court.

Imaged here:
Skeptical?
Just ask the prosecutors, James P. Willis and Evan N. Turgeon.
Or ask the Flynn family.
Anticipate their online fundraising site for their son’s attorney’s fees to go online later today.
The court decision, however, reinstates the jury‘s guilty verdict of two of Gen. Mike Flynn’s business partners:
Bijan Kian Rafiekian
Ekim Alptekin
A new trial?
Nope.
What does it mean?
Prosecutors get another shot at the Flynn family.
Gen. Mike Flynn Sr. was a named defendant in the case.
President Donald J. Trump pardoned him on Nov. 25th.

That makes Papa Flynn immune from prosecution.
Gen. Mike’s son, however, remains a target of the Biden Administration.
Mike Jr. worked for his father’s company, Flynn Intel Group (FIG), as Chief-of-Staff.
Another target or “person of interest” in the Kian trial is Kristen Verderame.
She was named as such in the Rafiekian/Flynn Sr. criminal case.
Verderame’s attorney was at every court hearing to protect Kristen from prosecution.
At the time of the trial, Verderame represented:
Flynn Intel Group
Mike Flynn Sr.
Bijan Kian Rafiekian
The purpose of Flynn Intel Group (FIG) was to sell the $250 billion Uranium Two project to Saudi Arabia.
It included:
50 nuclear reactors
all the pieces and parts
privately contracted mercenary forces, led by retired Generals and Admirals, to protect the project’s nuclear assets
Kristen Verderame was hired as FIG’s attorney because of her clients on the CFIUS Board.
CFIUS is the Committee of Foreign Investment.
Its purpose is to protect the national security of the U.S.
At the time, Verderame represented the Joint Chiefs of Staff on the CFIUS board too.
CFIUS is a secret committee that has approved:
Uranium One (deals with Iran and Russia)
Uranium Two (according to the Dept. of Energy)
selling off U.S. ports to China in San Diego, the largest port in the U.S.
selling ports in Jacksonville and Wilmington to Russia and Dubai
CFIUS is supposed to block financial transactions that hurt American national security interests.
Instead, do board members hold up international mergers and acquisitions to increase their bribes, kickbacks, and rebates?
Who knows?
CFIUS is a secret government agency.
Accountable to no one.
What happened to the Uranium Two deal?
Initially it was blocked because the deal included sanctioned weapons grade uranium.
Did CFIUS modify the agreement to include it?
Who knows?
It is a secret.
Thursday, the Fourth District Appeals Court ruled that two former employees of FIG:
Bijan Kian Rafiekian
Ekim Alptekin
Are Turkish spies and conspired to lie about it to the Justice Department.
The court reinstated the jury’s guilty verdicts on these two counts:
They each face 15 years in prison.
Kian is out of jail on bond.
He was never booked, fingerprinted, or jailed.
Alptekin lives in Turkey.
He never showed up for trial.
The FBI never picked him up either.
Did they even try?
Will they ever?
