LA DA fails to charge Chinese election spy with attempting to flee the U.S.

He is California’s Los Angeles District Attorney (LA DA), George Gascon.
The Chinese spy is Konnech CEO (pronounced connect) Jianwei “Eugene” Wei Yu.
Yu’s arraignment and plea hearing are in Clara Shortridge LA Courthouse this morning is at 8:30 a.m.

They aided Yu in his attempted escape from the U.S. on Oct. 4th from the airport in Lansing, Michigan’s state capital.

What other proof is there that Yu is a spy working for the China Communist Party (CCP)?
First, what proof is there that Eugene Wei Yu will be at his court hearing this morning?
Defense attorneys lie like the FBI.
How do they know it is Yu?
Second, Yu’s mug shot at the top of this story has been wiped clean from the records of the Ingham Co. Sheriff’s Department on Oct. 6th.
They have no record that Yu was ever in their jail.
His fingerprints, height, weight, hair and eye color was never entered when Yu was booked into their jail.
Third, Yu’s criminal record with the Michigan State Police has also been wiped clean.

Yu has been living in the U.S. for 25 years.
According to the Michigan State Police, he has never had a parking or other traffic ticket like speeding.
Nor does Yu have a valid Michigan driver’s license or state ID card.
How did he vote when his name doesn’t even appear on the Secretary of State’s voter rolls?
However, according to LA’s Probation Department report dated Oct. 12th, Yu has a:
Michigan driver’s license
an FBI number
Fourth, Yu vacated his U.S. headquarters in E. Lansing, MI on Oct. 14th.

Fifth, the Faculty Director of Michigan State University has also been deleted.
It is where Yu’s wife, Donna Wang, works, according to defense attorneys in the official court transcript dated Oct. 25th.

Sixth, on Oct. 6th, Yu’s defense attorney handed the Prosecution a copy of an FBI fraudulent alibi affidavit.
It was signed by an unnamed FBI agent from Houston, Texas.
No one asked that this document be sealed.
It said that the FBI vouched that none of Yu’s data from his companies ended up in China.
Where is it?
Last month, according to the Ingham Co. Clerk of Courts, this FBI affidavit was a public record.
This month it isn’t.

Defense attorneys and the Ingham County Prosecutor.
It will used to get Yu’s case dismissed.
