Storch ignores NSA's spy abuses and his work in Ukraine

The FBI was ordered to correct its practice of falsifying warrant information by Jan. 20th.
In the meantime, the court no longer believes FBI warrants to be “reliable”.

The FBI relies on NSA for surveillance to locate their targets by:
“electronic surveillance”
“physical search”
“other forms of investigative actions”
Does this mean that the Inspector General for the NSA, Robert Storch, is failing at his job too?
According to his press release from last month, he has.
None of his reports to Congress address the issue of citizen surveillance abuses.
Judge Rosemary M. Collyer ruled April 27th, 2016 that the:
NSA spied on 30,055 American citizens
FBI gave 70 private contractors “unrestricted access” to secret spy data
The judge ruled the NSA and FBI acted illegally.
Collyer’s ruling was triggered by a report dated Jan. 7th, 2016 by NSA’s Inspector General (IG), Henry Ellard.
His report has been moved from the regular website of the Inspector General.

six years in Ukraine as a Justice Department attorney for the FBI from 2014 to 2017 and 2005 to 2007
was testifying before NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) on Dec. 21st, 2016
NABU is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Nellie Ohr testified to Congress that she got the schedules from Berkowitz who got them through NABU in Ukraine.
What is Storch doing as Inspector General of the NSA?
Instead of exposing fraud, waste, and corruption, he is covering it up.

Robert Storch is trustee of five Family Trusts.
He disclosed them in his financial disclosures dated May 5th, 2019 and May 26th, 2017.
No details.
If trustee is revocable, he controls them.
Storch told Congress he owned no trusts.
He knows better.
He is in charge of ethics for the NSA.
In an investigation, Storch would have never let that explanation slide.
What is in the trust?
Why is it in Minnesota when you have no family there?
Whose family is it?
Why five family trusts when you only have two children?
