OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration) is a part of the Dept. of Labor.

Who did the begging?

Five Associate Supreme Court Justices.

They are:

  • Samuel Alito

  • Amy Coney Barrett

  • Neil Gorsuch

  • Brett Kavanaugh

  • Clarence Thomas

Five is a majority of the nine-member Supreme Court.

If Congress passed a law granting OSHA the authority to issue vaccine mandates, the Supreme Court would have affirmed it.

However, as recently as Dec. 8th, the Senate voted down a law that if passed, would have granted OSHA the power to do so.

Justices Alito, Gorsuch, and Thomas said in their opinion:

“We expect Congress to speak clearly” if it wishes to assign to executive agency decisions “of vast economic and political significance.”

Justice Kavanaugh said without a law, OSHA:

“ . . .lacked authority to impose the (vaccine) mandate . . .”

There is no law that “plainly authorizes” (OSHA) to issue vaccine mandates.”
