The surveillance started on April 10th last year.

Over 100,000 medical providers send their weekly medical transactions to Katz.

That amounts to 45 billion medical transactions a year.

The data is then used to develop a model to target a lockdown for the next city or state.

Here and in 32 countries around the world.

The program is called “Global Health.”

The sources are:

  • Rebecca Katz

  • Georgetown University

  • State Department

  • National Governors Association

  • U.S. Conference of Mayors

The State Department grant was awarded to Rebecca Lynn Katz.

Without a file number.

This makes it impossible for anyone to process a public information request.

To find out more details than the paragraph at the top of this story.

Katz’s grant is ongoing.

Or “pay-as-you-go”.

It has no spending limits.

Nor is it set to expire.

In January, Rebecca Lynn quit Georgetown University (GU) to go back to the State Department.

Katz’s GU webpage makes it looks like she still works there as a professor.

The State Department restored her diplomatic immunity.

This makes it impossible to prosecute her for any crimes related to the data breach.

And impossible for anyone to sue for intentionally violating privacy laws.

Katz works for the United Nations (UN) using her State Department passport as a cover.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY), said the data in Katz’s grant is public information.

He is President of the National Governors Association.

However, the public has been denied access.

It is, however, for “The Greater Good.”

The surveillance and the money to pay for it were approved by Congress.

On New Year’s Eve over President Donald J. Trump’s veto.

According to the Justice Department, the surveillance is legal because Obamacare was reinstituted by the Biden Administration on Jan. 28th.

Medical records are now the property of the state.

And has already been transferred to:

  • China

  • the World Health Organization (WHO)

  • the Gates Foundation

  • Wellcome Trust

Like her mother, Rebecca Katz is only accountable to one person:

Dr. Anthony Fauci.
