The Virginia Attorney General’s Office dropped the charges against Michele.
Why?
Because their key witness, Sean Mulligan, changed his testimony.
He couldn’t remember the two people who told him to fraudulently change election results.
Who at the CIA convinced Mulligan to change his testimony?
The CIA headquarters are in Langley, Virginia.
It is 32.8 miles north of Prince William County’s Election Office.
